How This Started

I grew up watching my father work in construction. Over 30 years, he built a reputation for precision and care. From the time I was old enough to hold a tool, I learned that quality isn't negotiable and shortcuts cost more in the long run. That foundation shaped everything.

After 8 years in the field and years in leadership roles, I moved from Shop Manager to Project Manager to Operations Manager. Each position taught me something different, but the lesson stayed the same: the best work happens when you understand both the craft and the business side. When you know how to lead a team, manage a timeline, and deliver without cutting corners, you earn trust.

I started Silicon Valley Building Services because I wanted to bring that combination of hands-on skill and professional discipline to homeowners in San Jose who deserve better. People needed a contractor who would show up as if it was their own home, not just another job.
